Schools

Almost every art school in the United States offers a degree in sculpting though the most notable ones are the Art Institute of Chicago and the New York Academy of Art. Students can pursue degrees at the bachelor's and master's levels.

Testing & Preparation

Typically, art schools do not require admissions test; however, some schools require samples of creative work. Some programs require a high school degree or GED and a strong academic record.

Financial Aid

There are several different scholarships in fine arts offered by schools. For example, the New York Academy of Art offers merit awards. Other schools offer fellowships and tuition support assistance. Other students receive financial aid through opportunities as teaching assistants and through opportunities to present their work.
